Antique Regency Flamed Mahogany Double Wardrobe and dating from around 1820. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a cornice top above a deep cross banded frieze with Greek key design I laid with ebony. This is above two full length doors with flamed mahogany moulded panels with brass door divider and brass handles. To the base of the doors there is a flight of four small false drawer fronts giving the appearance that the wardrobe is a Press. This is above one long deep drawer which is pine lined with brass handles and to the front of the drawer there is Greek key design inlaid with ebony. It stands on bracket feet.
Internally it is all hanging and the whole dismantles for ease of transporting.

Measures 82" high x 21" deep x 51" wide and internal depth 19"

Measures 95" high x 21" deep x 72" wide and internal depth 18"

In very good condition with lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
