For sale this beautiful large sterling silver Celtic deign bloodstone set brooch which I believe to be Victorian in excellent condition. The brooch is simply stamped 925 silver, howevwer it isn't unusual to find items of 19th century silver jewelley that simply unmarked or is just marked silver or 925.

Items of Scottish Jewelley were particularly popular during the Victorian times especially after Queen Victoria purchased the Balmoral estate, and many use traditional styles as well as local stones.
