Antique Small Edwardian Mahogany Press c1900
Antique Small Edwardian Mahogany Press or Tallboy and dating from around 1900. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a reeded cornice top above to panelled doors with shaped frieze to the top and set within a reeded surround with original brass handle. Internally there are two removable shelves. The base has two small drawers over two long graduating drawers all of which are mahogany lined with reeded fronts and brass handles. It stands on shaped bracket feet.
Measures 64" high x 22" deep x 20" internal depth x 47" wide
A superb Mahogany Press Tallboy in very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the quality mahogany and oozing all the charm and character of the period.
