This is an antique student's field microscope. An English, brass scientific instrument in carry case, dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910.
Superb brass instrument with fine colour and desktop display appeal
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good decorative order
Brass instrument and accessories beam with rich golden hues
Mahogany carry case host an array of objective lenses and glass slides
Microscope focuses with a sliding adjustable tube and eye-piece
Glass slides rest upon the viewing platform within the dome topped opening
Rotating mirror adjusts for available light projection - lightly foxed glass plate
Included is an articulating magnifying glass - in fine, working order
