Antique Swedish Mora Clock White Gold 215cm
Antique Swedish Mora clock early 1800s in lovely white paint finish with a delicate shape body with lots of gold detailing and intricately carved and detailed hood in generally good condition. Measures: 215 cm.
It has the Classic extended belly of a traditional Swedish Mora clock with hand painted detail on the body section and detailed pedestal carving.
The clock body has the usual wood movement and distressing found in clocks of this age. The face has some enamel lifting and inclusions which will be restored prior to shipping
We will fit a battery chiming mechanism to the clock for you as the original mechanisms are very unreliable. We can do this without any damage to the clock and you will still receive the original clock mechanism separately 'as is' with the clock to keep in a cupboard. We can also send the weights if you want them.
