A handsome antique Victorian desk chair in Mahogany with balloon back and newly reupholstered drop in seat. With curved top rail and carved bar back it has reeding to the sides and seat rail. It stands on out-swept sabre legs to the back and turned and reeded legs to the front. The slip in seat has been newly re-upholstered in a stone coloured jacquard fabric. Solid and sturdy, would make an ideal desk chair. Dating from circa 1860.
