This is a Victorian Mahogany Chiffonier base c1880-1900.  It is raised on a plinth base with a pair of opening doors to flanked by pilasters with a central pilaster and carved scones to top them off.  Each door has a domed top panel inset with ogee moulding edging it.  Inside is a single shelf with the a cellarette drawer to the lower right hand side as you would expect from a piece of this age. Above each door is a drawer with brass drop handle.   The top is edged off with a simple quadrant moulding.  A lovely and practical piece.
