Large antique Victorian mahogany 2 section bookcase, with two glazed doors on the top & two panelled doors below. The corners of this bookcase are rounded & it comes apart into two sections. It has adjustable shelves in the top section & a single shelf in the base. I would date this piece to around the 1860's period & it's in good original condition. There are various old markings & indentations showing on the surface, which give this piece plenty of character, but if you like your antiques looking new, then this is not for you. This bookcase is structurally sound, with no splits or warps & it has working locks & keys.
