Antique Victorian Mahogany Twin Pedestal Desk
Antique Victorian Mahogany Twin Pedestal Desk and dating from around 1880. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a green leather embossed skiver to the top and a carved edge above one long central drawer.The drawer gives the appearance of three separate small drawers but is in fact one long drawer with internal dividers and working key. over a shaped kneehole and to each side there are three graduating drawers all of which are oak lined and with brass handles. It stands on shaped bracket feet.
Measures 30" high x knee height 24" x 19" deep x 43" wide
In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
