A magnificent antique Victorian balloon back chair in beautifully figured walnut. It has an attractively carved and pierced back splat and stands on carved and shaped cabriole legs. With good original patina, it has a buttoned seat in a dusty pink velour fabric. Fairly solid frame. Old upholstery but fairly clean and firm. A very decorative high quality chair dating from circa 1870. Price is for one chair, with two available.
