A smart and very useful antique Victorian period open bookcase in walnut. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1860-80 period.

It is a lovely size, not to wide or deep, yet with lots of useful storage space. There are three adjustable / removable shelves on sharks teeth supports. The walnut has a lovely colour and has acquired a beautiful patina over the years.

We have recently has this re-polished, it is in very good condition for its age. There are some small marks and indentations remaining here and there beneath the polish, commensurate for age.
