A beautiful antique Victorian walnut work table or games table the hinged lid with central inlaid motif, on a tapering body to a turned pillar and four carved scrolled legs. The top is in a highly figured, beautifully mellowed walnut and has a presentation plaque which is dated 1887. It has a lock and working key and the interior is fitted out with dividing sections and central well. Of excellent quality, and in good condition it is a highly decorative piece.
