Little is known about this prolific watercolour artist only that his works are starting to appear in local auction house around the Worcester and Hereford area. Most of his paintings are of local subject of those areas. You can see from the extreme detail of this picture that he has great knowledge and training in this difficult field.
Ludford Bridge - War of the Roses
The Battle of Ludford Bridge was a largely bloodless battle fought in the early years of the Wars of the Roses. It took place on 12 October 1459, and resulted in a setback for the Although this seemed to be a triumph for the rival Lancastrians at the time, they had thrown away their advantage within six months.
