A wonderful antique Welsh spinning chair with elaborately carved back, dated 1900 and with initials “LDE” carved into the back. The back has leaf and vine carving with a heart shaped lozenge to the top with monogram and the date 1900. It has a carved seat and stands on 4 carved and shaped square legs.
