Superb Antique William 1V Flamed Mahogany Sentry Wardrobe Compactum and dating from around 1830.. Constructed from quality mahogany and to each end it has a cornice top with cross cut frieze above a single moulded and shaped panelled door with flamed mahogany panel and internally it is all hanging with brass rail. To the centre there is a 6ft high inverted Chest with Architectural cornice pediment above a cross cut frieze panel and with two short drawers over five long graduating drawers all of which are mahogany lined with original turned mahogany knob handles and brass key escutcheons. It stands on a deep plinth base and separates for ease of transporting.

Measures 81" high x 25" deep x (internal depth 21.5") x 93" wide

This wardrobe is of superb quality In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
