Extremely stylish piece of antique jewellery from the house of Jakob Bengel, dating to the 1930's and so advanced for it's time in it's design that one could be forgiven for not recognising it as a period piece. One of the leading manufacturers of Art Deco antique jewellery, the company produced in the 1920's and 1930's very innovative and individual pieces of the time, aesthetically characterised by their unique designs and modernist slant. This alternating patterned bracelet is quite weighty and is linked with a rail track affair of chrome circular balls and alternate lines of black and red enamel rods. Condition is excellent with little to no signs of it's true age. This piece could be old/new stock that's not been worn or used such is the condition, a rare find indeed. Ideal for day or evening wear for the fashion savvy lady of today.
