Here we have for sale this extremely rare hand painted 'Spring Crocus' Clarice Cliff large 9 inch hand painted bowl.

The Art Deco Clarice Cliff crocus pattern is one of her most iconic & timeless designs and examples from this range are featured in the V&A museum's collection in London.

Mark: 'Royal Staffordshire Crocus by Clarice Cliff made in England' in gold

Date piece was designed: C1933

Decoration: Hand painted on glaze. Honeyglaze.

Condition Report:

In overall excellent condition with no chips & cracks but some light crazing, the colours are still bright with minimal wear - a beautiful and unusually large example of Clarice Cliff's work. A lovely displayable piece of Art Deco, Clarice Cliff tableware.
