Art Deco Martini / Cocktail Jug and Mixing Spoon


A stylish piece of vintage barware, dating back to the late Art Deco era, c.1940.
English in origin and made from silver plate, the jug retains the original long stirring spoon stamped "England" the jug is fully marked on the underside for the silversmith, William Adams Inc. and "Made In England".
William Adams Inc. of both Birmingham UK and New York founded in 1865 by William Adams. Much of its production was exported, especially to the United States. Later the business was purchased by Henry Jenkins & Sons Ltd. Trademarks were registered in the U.S. in 1932 and 1950.
Excellent condition measuring 5" spout to handle x 3" x 5 3/4" tall the spoon measures 10 1/2" in length.
