This oval sapphire is approximately 2.25 carats surrounded by 12 bright white diamonds of approximately 0.08 carats each plus 2 more diamonds on the shoulders of approximately 0.04 carats each = 1.04 carats total.All set in 18 carat white gold with a beautiful back setting and band in 18 carat yellow gold. The setting measures 17.19 mm x 16.30 mm across beautifully made and is flat so it will not catch on anything, typical of the period. Weight 5.65 grams The ring size is M 1/2 but we have a superb jeweller who can resize without a trace.French
