Art Deco Small Hall Table / Bedside Cabinet
This stylish piece would make a nice small hall / telephone table or bedside cabinet. We believe it to date from the 1930s, although it may be post-war. It is constructed from mostly solid oak. It is very much in the art deco style with rounded edges and corners and has attractive copper banding. It consists of a upper tiered section above the work surface with a two-door cupboard beneath. The doors retain their original copper handles. The piece is supported on square legs at the back and a decorative shaped base at the front.
Condition - Overall this handsome piece is in good usuable condition, with some wear consistent with age and use. There is some light scuffing and wear to the woodwork as might be expected, and the piece is overall slightly faded.
