Art Deco TLM Silver Butterfly Wing Brooch Pin


Adorable! - This is a fabulous Art Deco example of the wonderful butterfly antique jewellery by Thomas L. Mott of England - this is a gorgeous piece a beautiful wing fabulously set to a solid silver triangular shaped brooch pin marked as Sterling and and TLM England - measuring c. 1.1/4" inch diameter (3.2cm) across. Depicting a beautiful exotic island scene - nice, bright vibrant colours to the wing, much better than the pictures suggest, there is no damage, this is an adorable piece, in stunning vintage condition and it will delight the most discerning of collectors.
Thomas Mott (TLM) exhibited his beautiful reversepainted butterfly wing jewellery at the British Empire Exhibition of 1924. His company was the largest producer of butterfly wing jewelry in the 1920"s/1930"s.
