Arts & Crafts Brass & Oak Mirror With Twin Sconces

We are offering for sale this unusual Art Nouveau/Arts & Crafts Brass and Oak Wooden framed Mirror, which has the added attraction of a pair of removable candle sconces below the mirror plate.
The outer frame is dark oak and is in very good condition. The brass section has a central design of leaves, flowers and butterflies and the inner and outer edge are of a wavy design. The twin branch candle sconces can be removed from their housing below the mirror plate for cleaning and can be folded back when not in use. Their drip pans have straight upturned edges.
The mirror plate is the original and is bevelled glass. The brass section is held in place by the original dome-headed screws. There is a ring for hanging at the top of the oak frame.
Dimensions:
Mirror Plate: 8 1/2 x 5 5/8 inches - 21.55cm x 14.35cm
Wooden frame: 14 x 11 3/4 inches - 35.5cm x 29.85cm
Max. Depth to front of sconce: 7" - 17.75cm
Material: Brass and oak
Condition: Excellent original condition. The mirror plate has 3 tiny pinpricks of loss to the silvering at the bottom behind the left hand sconce arm, which adds character to the original condition of the piece and would appeal to collectors.
