An Arts & Crafts Cotswold School oak sideboard made by E. Barnsley apprentice P. Hensman (listed as an apprentice at the Barnsley workshops 1946 to 1950). The sideboard is constructed in solid oak and comprises a central bank of four drawers flanked by subtly canted cupboards - which softens the presence of this sideboard. Each cupboard hand turns a wooden catch to hold the cupboard doors closed.

Shown prior to being refinished. This sideboard is to be offered in excellent condition.

Dimensions: Height 38" (36" to top surface) Width 60" and Depth 16.5" reducing to 15.5" at each end. Viewings at our Norfolk Warehouse & Showroom by appointment.
