This is a late Victorian Arts & Crafts oak open bookcase c1890-1910. It has clear influences from the scottish school with the shape of the top moulding and the sahped finials to the top front of the supports. A lovely thing and practical. It has a slight ring to the top left of the top shelf that doesnt detract.
