This is a substantial and magnificent antique Arts & Crafts festoon necklace in silver.

It is set with two large, multi-faceted oval citrine stones, one being a drop. The chain has lovely belcher links.

This extraordinary necklace has an outstanding openwork design with 2 meticulously crafted roses and leaves around the central gemstone.
It’s an incredibly beautiful example - when I first saw it, it literally took my breath away!

The faceting of the stones is of outstanding quality and it makes the citrines sparkle as if they were the embodiment of summer sunshine.

The entire piece has a very organic and nature inspired romantic feel to it.
