This is a good quality small antique 2ft 9” English Arts & Crafts oak settle, circa 1900 - 1910.

This is a good quality small antique 2ft 9” English Arts & Crafts oak settle, circa 1900 - 1910. The settle is constructed of solid oak. The back consists of an upholstered lime green cotton upholstered padded back. Flanking this are two oak wing back style sides which feature down swept arms terminating ring turn shaped urns. The seat has a removable lime green swab cushion. Below, there is a useful shoe or book storage area. The settle features the original polish and patination and thus the colour of this settle is superb. This settle boasts a classic arts and crafts design.
This item would look superb in a variety of rooms from the hallway, dining room or kitchen. This item would certainly grace any home and a great investment, as they are an extremely functional. So don't miss out your chance to own a lovely piece of antique furniture.

The item is in excellent condition and is commensurate with its age. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges but nothing significant considering the age of the item.
