This is a lovely example of an Arts & Crafts solid English Ash Chest of Drawers.  It is raised on a plinth base with two short and three long drawers.  These examples are becoming rarer ands harder to find.  It has its original handles and a lovely colour and patina.  A really good example c1870-85.
