Good to see this one in oak - we’re not madly keen on mahogany ones - with its attractive form, possessing bags of character and style. We have left this one with its crackly and crusty leather seat and back in place, Mark our upholsterer is happy to replace it if required for £95 plus fabric/leather. The seat is currently firm and perfectly usable – it’s really about whatever floats your boat…

English early 20th Century and well made with a good eye, with its shapely legs and little carved heart to the back. As mentioned the chair sits firm with no movement in the frame or arms, just nice historic wear.

A fine looking occasional chair c1910.

Shipping information

When purchasing from us we include delivery within mainland UK, excluding Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isles, in the purchase price and liaise with you to ensure delivery is as swift and as smooth as possible. We try our best to deliver within 14 working days. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isles and for World-wide shipping.

Items are delivered by private courier, usually this is a one man service. If you require a two person delivery, please let us know. Smaller items are wrapped and packed (into recycled boxes where possible) and sent via a national courier service, tracking details will be provided once an item has been collected from us.

Terms and conditions

If you are not happy with an item you have 14 days to return it. This is providing that the item is returned, in the condition it left us, within 14 days. Please note that items must be wrapped and insured, with the return cost being covered by you. Once the item is back with us, having had a once over in the workshop, your refund will be issued.

On the rare occasion that an item is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately or within 48 hours and provide us with details and images so we can best remedy the situation.
