Beautiful 19th Century Welsh Box Settle.
A beautuful mid 19th Century Welsh pine Box Settle of elegant form. Constructed form quality pine around a wonderfully grained ash frame. In exceptional condition throughout with desirable scrubbed surface giving a lovely soft pale colour. With gently sloping back and generous seat height it has really comfortable proportions, the seat opening into a divided box base offering superb storage.
A much sought after piece of Welsh country antique furniture this settle is both strong and stable and suitable for daily use.
