Beautiful Tall BURMANTOFTS Drip Glaze Vase c.1890


A gorgeous pale green BURMANTOFTS FAIENCE ART POTTERY vase with contrasting dark green drip glaze, produced in the Burmantofts Leeds factory between 1882 and 1904.
In fantastic condition with no apparent chips or damage. One small firing fault in the glaze (photo 5), insignificant but mentioned only for completeness.
Fully marked on the base with BF monogram, ENGLAND, & design no 1617.
Height ~ 408mm, diameter at widest point ~ 160mm.
