This is a charming late Victorian period burr walnut Sutherland tea table. It is very well made in solid walnut with turned legs and stretcher and with the most stunning burr walnut veneers on the top. The flaps can be left in the down position when the table is not in use, or held up by swing out legs when being used. When folded the table is less than 7 inches wide so can be tucked away against a wall and brought out as and when required for games or serving tea. In excellent original condition with a lovely mellow colour and patina, it has been cleaned and waxed in our workshop and is now ready to go straight into the home.

Condition: Excellent original condition with some marks commensurate with age. There is no loss of veneer and no cracks in the wood.

Delivery: This table can be delivered anywhere on mainland England and most of Wales for £50 by our trusted delivery man who is an expert in transporting antique furniture and artwork. Any other items which you may wish to purchase at the same time would only incur a small, if any, incremental charge for their delivery. Please contact us if you wish to purchase several items at the same time.

We have a trusted delivery man who is a experienced in transporting antiques, pictures and fragile items. He can deliver to most places on mainland England and Wales and, depending on where he is on his schedule, it may take a few days or up to 4 weeks. Other couriers are available for Scotland and North Wales or where a shorter time frame is required. Purchases can also be collected in person from the Tunbridge Wells area in SE England.
