This is a beautiful Victorian nest of antique tables with great charm dating from around 1880. The tables are in lacquered papier mache beautifully hand gilded and inlaid with mother of pearl. The largest table has a stunning chess board design with fine mother of pearl detail and hand gilding in super original condition, with only minor crazing. The other two graduating tables have a design matching the top one and are in lovely order for their age. (Very faint ring mark to second table)
The largest table measures 39 cms by 37 cms and is 68 cms high.
