Bentwood hat / coat stand probably Thonet. A really lovely example of a late Victorian bentwood hat and coat stand. Useful, against the wall model. The top section, with its four coat hooks and four bentwood scrolls for hats, is surmounted by a turned beehive finial. The triple cluster columned upright is supported by three down swept legs with a retaining ring for sticks and umbrellas. Lovely rich colour. Measures 203 cm x 69 cm x 39 cm deep
