Classic Edwardian bentwood hat and coat stand by Thonet, the celebrated pioneer of modern antique furniture manufacture, c.1910. Revolving crown of eight large double hooks for hat and coats, with a turned finial at the top. On a shaped column and a wide four leg base with a hoop stretcher for sticks and umbrellas. Clearly stamped on the underside. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
