A fabulous Black Forest carving of a Bear carrying a Barometer across its back. Very realistically carved in linden wood and baize lined to the underside. In wonderful original condition with no chips or breaks and a lovely colour. The barometer is in working order. A fabulous piece to decorate your desk. Dating to the early 1900s and measuring 11" tall x 7 1/2" wide x 2 3/4" deep.
