Very smart brass inlaid mahogany fold over bridge or games table c.1920. Stands flat against the wall as an elegant bow fronted console or side table, or open the top to make a table for four people with a green baize playing surface for cards. Well figured top with brass inlaid stringing and edge moulding. Apron with raised brass mouldings, continued on the rear. Fourth leg at the rear slides out to support the top and reveals a useful mahogany lined drawer. Slim turned and tapering legs with fluted detail also in brass, brass collars and finial feet. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
