An excellent burr walnut , serpentine fronted, bachelors chest of drawers in the early Georgian style. Well made in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers. With a series of 4 long graduated drawers and a brushing slide, all fitted with their original solid brass handles and escutcheons. The serpentine top and drawer fronts are all cross banded, and the front has canted corners. Standing on sturdy bracket feet. We have had this chest sympathetically repolished in our workshops and it is now offered for sale in excellent condition with a wonderful colour and patina.
