Single mid 19th.c. walnut pedestal chest of drawers c.1870. Two small drawers with turned knobs over a bank of four graduated drawers with unusual carved handles. Beautifully figured burr walnut veneers, reeded columns to the front corners and mahogany drawer linings. Ideal for stationery, the larger drawers are big enough to take A4 paper. With a clear maker’s stamp to the top drawer for A. Blain of Liverpool. Very good condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Please contact us for more images, delivery and shipping quotes.
