Burr Walnut Kneehole Desk Desk Burr Walnut %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
A splendid late 19th century period burr walnut kneehole desk in the George II style. Very well constructed in solid walnut and attractive burr walnut veneers onto a solid oak carcas. The rectangular top and drawer fronts are cross banded with herring-bone inlay. There is an arrangement of one long central drawer over 2 banks of 3 shorter drawers all fitted with their original brass swan neck handles. To the kneehole there is a cupboard. This charming desk is offered for sale in excellent condition. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops it now has a great colour and patina patina and is ready to go straight into the home or office.
