A Superb Quality Channel Islands Gothic Carved Walnut Single Bed
It is very rare to find a single bed of this quality, it is made in Walnut, the bed has a high head board, both ends of the bed are superbly carved with natural features like Shells and Flower Swags tied with ribbon both ends of the bed have turned and fluted columns at either side which are topped with turned finials. The sides too have attractive carving, the bed comes with a new slatted base, it takes a 3ft6” x 76” mattress (a size easily available even now)
The head of the bed is 56" high and 46" wide, the drop in has been fitted with new wooden slats and will take a 3’6” x 76” mattress
