Burleigh Ware "Fruit lustre" pattern flared hexagonal shape vase. The (Burgess & Leigh) pattern number is 4016.
This pattern was designed by Charlotte Rhead in c1925-6.
The vase is signed "L Rhead" … this was Charlotte's usual signature at this time, the "L" standing for "Lottie".
The Burleigh Ware backstamp on this vase was in use c1926 - 1928.

The vase stands approximately 14.3 cm (5.6") tall and is 8.5 cm (3.3") in diameter across the top at its widest.

The vase has no cracks or crazing. There has been a very professional restore to a chip in the base.
