Very nice Chelsea porcelain red anchor period deep dessert plate/dish, c.1755, with shaped rim edged in brown and finely and delicately painted with floral sprays. Marked with a red anchor inside the footrim.

It measures 23.5cm (9 1/4") wide and 3.8cm (1 1/2") high. In good condition it has 3 rim chip repairs. Very light surface wear, mainly just in a few spots to the brown on the rim. There is a small glaze loss to the reverse caused in firing and a short firing line to the rim. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
