Here we have a wonderful original painted Victorian Pine chest of drawers c1860. As you can see the chest has great colour and patina. This is by far one of the best scumbled chests we have had and the paint is in remarkable condition. The whole chest is scumbled or combed to depict English Ash. The top has super grain and colour with a wonderful line painted faux inlay of Box and Ebony. This line is also replicated on the drawer fronts which have hand cut dovetail joints and retain their original turned Walnut bun handles. The whole sits on a plinth base and is in excellent retail condition ready for your home. This wonderful interior design piece is approx 100 cm wide 90 cm high 46 cm deep.
