Victorian Cheval Mirror - With Valet Box - c1890

A lovely example of a late Victorian Mahogany Cheval Mirror complete with lidded valet box integral to the stretcher.

Featuring twin cabriole legs, complete with original castors, rising to square section uprights capped with original brass finials.

The mirror benefits from a well formed back-panel therefore allowing positioning in a location where the piece may be viewed from all angles and not just restricted to a corner or against a wall.

The mirror plate is in good order with moulded perimeter and an open-fret pediment to the crown.

Overall a very pleasing Victorian period cheval mirror in good order throughout with the added feature of storage at the base.
