Chippendale Style Mahogany Serpentine Shaped Table
A good quality serpentine shaped mahogany table in the manner of Thomas Chippendale. Well made from a good grade of solid mahogany timber and attractive mahogany veneers. This table has a lovely bold serpentine shape and would function equally well as a side, serving, hall or lamp table. It stands well on bold cabriole legs decorated with carved detailing to the knees and terminating in characteristic ball and claw feet. The serpentine shaped top has a gadrooned edge and sits over a single long drawer. We have had this lovely table sympathetically repolished to a very high standard, it now has a great depth of colour and patina. It is offered for sale in excellent overall condition , ready to go straight into the home.
