All Original Circa 1908 Robbins & Myers (R&M) 12" "Tank" Motor Desk Fan. Manufactured By The Westinghouse Electric Co. And Sold To Robbins & Myers Who Supplied Them To The Market Under Their Brand Name. This Is A Beautiful All Original Example That We Just Acquired From A Collection. The Brass Was Coated In Thick Dark ? (Unsure What) We Cleaned It With Soap And Water To Not Disturb The Original Patina. The Original Flag Badge Is Intact Just The Way It Left The Factory. The Flag Banner Had A "Diamond" At The Top Of The Pole, This Is The Only Missing Component Of The Cage Badge. Very Stunning Original Example, These Are Becoming Very Hard To Find. Motor Has Been Serviced And Ready For Another Generation Of Use. This Is An Ideal Daily Use Fan And Will Move A Very Generous Amount Of Air No Matter The Speed.
