A stunning 8 inch plate designed by Graham Sutherland for the 1934 Art in Industry and Harrods exhibitions. Both Clarice Cliff and Foley China provided ceramics for the exhibition by high profile artists of the day including Paul Nash, Laura Knight, Vanessa Bell and Duncan Grant.
In very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. One tiny glaze scratch and light use to the centre, shown in photo 2.
