Beautiful late 19th.c. dome top chest, likely Spanish in origin c.1890. Unusual narrow dimensions, bound in leather with embossed detail and decorative brass stud work to the top front making the initials M.R.A and the date 1762. Iron handles, latches and lock plate and original block printed floral lining fabric. Raised on turned bun feet. In very good unrestored condition, sold and sturdy with good patination to the leather.
Dimensions width 45”, depth 13½”, height 23”.
