THEODOLITE BY COOKE TROUGHTON AND SIMMS WITH TRIPOD.
A superb piece of British engineering, complete with tripod, all in excellent condition. A top of the line instrument dating from the 1920’s.
Comes in a fitted box, with some original extras. The box comes complete with brass fittings, and is in good condition showing signs of a life in the construction trade.
The instrument has been well looked after, and is in excellent condition.
The tripod is 62” (158 cm) long, with oak legs, high quality steel fittings, and a thread protector.
Numbered 18735 on the body and the box.
