This superb watercolour is titled and dated on the reverse, 'Corfe Castle and Corfe'. It was painted in 1907 by the artist T E TAYLOR, who exhibited from 1914-1933.

Taylor was an atmospheric watercolour painter who lived at Higher Crumpsall, Manchester in 1927 and at Hale, Cheshire
in 1933. He exhibited at the Liverpool and Manchester
galleries, and enjoyed painting on the Fylde and North
